Because the "downloading bar" appears, and then its just black with mouse, but when i turn off and on the PC manually after this, it's fine. Had to disconnect power then hard drive, the reconnect just to get the pc to boot. Had i not got the instruction from this blog, I would have had paid a lot of money from the shop. I had this problem a bit ago and ended up re installing vista.. Indicator lights on the battery is ok and the plugin icon on the indicator means that it recognizes that the laptop is plugged.
