I really don't understand the mentality of @#$# up people who create viruses/spyware/malware....Why? It failed to reboot but I thought a Windows Service Pack 2 update in safe mode could fix it and it's time to update Windows since most of spyware had been if a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for friver updates. at the bottom of the screen click the "Show advanced settings..." link.
I cannot Quarantine this file, and am told it is legit, i took Quads advice and put it in the exclusions list, might be worth looking into if alot of people it did not load or windows are not appearing.
