Seems that it could be a memory issue, which makes that explorer isn't able to load the desktop/taskbar. At the same, safe mode works just fine, no blsod. then requested my password .. I'm tired of this.
Don't forget the hint. This did the trick for me. So I deleted AVG to see if that would do it...nope. I then had the issue with black screen after login with mouse and the ability to use task manager.

That registry edit did the trick and saved my bacon! The problem was, that the program changed something in the registry, and screwed everything up, and only found out about the problems this after noon when i tried to turn it And when I switch the device back on, after the reboot, Win7 keeps running fine and the device is accessible as it should be.
