You stated that the Realtek drivers were installed, so it should be there. I loaded another page that had an auto play video on it (so annoying) and noticed the audio was trying to play through the wrong audio device. Problem finally solved. Under "Default Format", alter the sample rate and bit depth until one of the settings works. When the graphic preference is set to PCI-E, the onboard sound disappears completely from the device manager. check over here I would not recommend anyone do that.
